Weekend food hunting!

every Thursday after my last class, which is around 4p.m., i will take bus (twice because school buses don't enter hostels during weekdays so i have to 'transit'  =.=), train and monorail to go to Cindy's school.
seriously, i took me 2 hours (more or less) from UPM to Berjaya University College, no kidding.
1 hour and 55 minutes is my current record LOL. *proud*
imagine i carry my laptop (damn heavy), clothes, etc. walking here and there, rush this and that, under scorching sun, all by myself.
DAMN HECTIC and FATIGUE no kidding.

time to reward myself! *excuses*

IKEA Damansara
went IKEA on last Saturday, which i nagged Cindy for so long for the meatballs and she finally brought me there.
i always claim that she's the best =pppp

Clockwise from first left : sumptuous meal for 3 girls, fish&chip, cinnamon roll, meatballs.

For the chix wings, RM3.80 for 2 or RM9 for 5.
For the fish&chip, RM10.90.
For the cinnamon roll, RM2.50.
For the meatballs, RM5.50 for 5 units, RM14 for 15 units, RM17 for 20 units. SUPER IN LOVE WITH THE MEATBALLS *drooooooooooooool*

happy girl of the day because i got to munch on so much delicious food!
my tummy exploded =.=
typical selca. but why this angle always. *boring*

To get to IKEA Damansara, we went from Bandar Tasik Selatan station for KTM to KL Sentral, then interchange to LRT to Kelana Jaya station.
hop on to the free shuttle bus service provides by IKEA.

Pick-up point at LRT Kelana Jaya station :
Bus stop opposite the LRT Kelana Jaya Station.
Time : 9am, 10am, 11.30am, 1pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9.30pm

Pick-up point at IKEA Damansara :
Main Entrance, Ground Floor of Ikano Power Centre
Time : 9.30am, 11am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm, 9pm, 10.30pm

bear in mind to reach the pick-up point earlier if it's peak hour as the bus can only fit in 40 pax. so you would have to wait for the next pick-up session if it's full oops!

Pulau Ketam Village @ Festival City Mall
went all the way from Cheras to Wangsa Maju because Cindy wanted to meet her brother up to take her laptop back.
so yea, Cindy craved for this steamboat and kept on nagging me and i was like MY GOD =.=
tried this restaurant on this April, i could say it was kind of cheap comparing with others.

Located @ Festival City Mall, Ground Floor

i am a beef-lover, so yea, beef would do again this time =)

yes tempting wasn't it? large portion that i couldn't even finish. RM15.80 for this.
for the soup base, you are given choices like clear soup, tomyam or mix.
tomyam is a little too spicy for me so luckily i chose mixed.

1 pot per person. more hygienic.

so it happened to be Raphael Lee Kuok Lung 20th birthday yesterday. but yet we didn't get to celebrate his birthday together this year because of distance*sigh*
but it's okay, i believe that there are more to come!

i don't appreciate this okay =.=
this photo was taken years ago by hee hee for her project. and Mr. Tan wanted to show off his girlfriend to his friend, and he liked this photo and it started to appear on people's timeline and hence, Raphael Lee shared this and i was like wtf.
i think i probably owed the whole gang last century.

that night Cindy told me, if she's in my situation, she'd probably already cry because she said if she didn't, it will cause some psycho problems LOL.
and then i told her to get a Psycho in Master after finishing her degree course (so that she can examine me someday) HAHA.
physically and mentally break down, frankly speaking, i hate facing all these at this age yet i don't know why life could be this unfair.
i don't even know how to cope with all these. i HATE all the uncertainties.
i HATE i worked so much on something, yet i get nothing in return. NOTHING
i really feel like collapsing but i know i must not!
but hey, these are all what made me stronger day by day.
and i was thinking, at least i have hygienic water to drink on, healthy food to much on, clean clothes to wear on, a shelter to cover my family and me. not that bad.
thanks to Famine30 because i guess that's where my gratefulness was grown.
i am really thankful to Miss Cindy for helping me that much in cracking her head to help me solve my problems.
and Mr. Tan (i must thank him, because he will nag and ask me why didn't i mention him here =.=) too, for accompanying me all these while.
and and of course my family!
struggling hard now, just to give life a hope.
i can't wait for those future good days!!!! =)

conclusion : life goes on.

*sorry for letting out my unhappiness here, but i thought this is one of the reasons what blog is for right?*

Nosh @ Crown Square

last fine dining together before we all leaving Kuching to pursue our studies. (but this happened on 18th August 2013 LOL)
Mr. Ho Fine Dining was its former name, and Nosh is the present name.
We went there on my last birthday. which we thought it was quite good (except for my pork main course which it's so hardening that i was having a hard time cutting it off and chewing it LOL) so hey, second try!

super cozy ambiance! i love wood-decorated surroundings.
OOTD. my pretties and handsomes <3
my OOTD.
i couldn't even find a 7-template collage to present this OOTD picture so i separated mine with them. definitely not because of wanting my photo to be larger okay? =p

The very yummy salad!
we usually don't order salad but since after starting gym, we started to consume a lot of green leafy thingy.
and this is super nice! i couldn't remember what does this call but it's with bacon slices.
and i remembered the description on the menu for this appetizer is "famous for its portion". LOOK FOR IT!

picture first before eating #typicalasians #asiansatwork
Salad, mussels and large family sampler.
seriously, i LOVE all the courses above. and for the large family sampler, the portion was okay for 6 people. just nice! (jeff wasn't eating)
the mussels gravy was a little bit too salty but dipping together with the French toast were good! *drooling*

Miss Cindy, close your mouth please.
everywhere we go, it turned out to be exactly the same as the above photo shown.
always in a mess and dirty. wtf idk why =.=

CAMWHORING TIME baybehhhhhh!!

we gotta take off our heels to suit his height HAHAHA!
Leslie and hee hee "signed a contract" that if they couldn't find their another halves at the age of 40, they will get married. they said this years ago i think it's 4 years ago.
and then they mentioned it that day, i butted in and i told Leslie that i want to get married with him if i couldn't find a hubby at the age of 30 and then he said OKAY! HAHAHA so thick face
and he promised me he will let me to be da lao po. HAHAHAHA!!
so this's a future family photo of us <3

me with the buddies <3
another lucky guy =p
these 2 girls of mine are between a love-hate situation.
i always tell them they're the luckiest guys in the world to know me. HAHA.

but whenever i told this to them, they'll tease me about how good-looking i am in a very insincere and untruthful way. *sigh* tell me where to find this bunch of people =.=

Photo time together with Mr. Tan.

Mr. Tan gained all his energy after his pretty girlfriend hugged him *facepalm for myself*

After kissing him, his top almost teared off like the green hulk LOL!
a normal 1.
a not-so-normal 1.
a totally abnormal 1.
he is so photogenic but not always. i swear i hate him more than i love him.
but he always thinks that he's so cute and adorable that i would stay with him always =.=
super good in cooling me down whenever i get angry *urgh*

buddies for life! CHEERSSSSSSSSSSSS!

after settling the bill, yes, we're about to leave to another destination.
BUT!

took photo at the bar again =.=
we 3 girls brought monkeys out from the zoo.
so yes, we really wanted to leave.
BUT!!

took photo at the outdoor carpark again.
we wanted to pose like models, but ended up like this. totally failed and not even a little talented in modelling.
a lot of ugly photos but i didn't have the guts to post it up. i don't want to lose my reputation. HAHA

Miss Cindy, mind to open your eyes a little wider?
okay, last photo before we leaving for second round. all heels were purchased at heatwave! for guys : #cottonon, #h&m, #pull&bear and #hushpuppies

i love how those boys dressed themselves. shoooooo handsome i gonna meltttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!

SECOND ROUND @ GAWING

so after eating session, it's drinking time!!!

tequila shots treated by bryan. never ever enjoying liquor because it makes me drunk like counting 1, 2, 3. =.=

Hee treated back bryan. 'cause he will be going to start his studies too. although in kuching haha.
Last photo to end this post. *my drunken face*
i vomited few times and i slept for the next whole day. super serious hangover wtf and idk why =.=
so, the best thing is NOT TO DRINK.

xoxo. bye.

Hee Hee's Happy 20th!

hello there! it's our hee hee's 20th birthday yesterday!!
yes it's just yesterday and i'm already blogging about it now. *rare thingy*
so effective and efficient HAHA!
this's is the first birthday ever that we've celebrated at Kuala Lumpur, hence nothing special and there's no prank or surprise.
without car, we couldn't do anything much =(  (still, home is the best!!)

Venue : The Ship @ Jalan Sultan Ismail (Bukit Bintang area)
For your information, there're 2 branches of The Ship in Bukit Bintang area, we went to the 1 which's same row with Texas Chicken.

us together with the birthday queen
She claimed herself that she's thinner =.= *biggest joke of the century*
*EATING TIME*

Hee's : Chicken Chop
Comment : a very extremely common main course that tasted extraordinary common and i can't find any special taste in it.
Cost : RM23.90

Mine : Chicken Au Chambertin
Comment : chicken steak with red wine gravy. they said it tasted like Chinese cuisine because of the red wine HAHA. for me, i think my mum could probably cook this too.
*to Jeff Tan, yes you saw a huge tomato on my plate right? i finished it without giving it to others!
Cost : RM24.90

Ken's : Beef Steak (couldn't remember the name of this course)
Comment : he requested for a medium ray steak yet it turned out to be overly cooked. not juicy at all.
Cost : RM40++

Cindy's : Crispy Spring Chicken
Comment : too dry!! and that's the only word i could think of to describe it.
Cost : RM25.90

Leslie's : Black Pepper Beef
Comment : this happened to be the nicest course of all. the steak was kind of juicy. they disliked the black pepper sauce but for me it is kind of okay.
Cost : RM40++

*Sequences of comments are according to the photos.
*the above-mentioned is all my personal review that shall no one interfere in.

after done with the dining part, we chatted and gossiped as usual.
a waitress went up to Cindy and asked her if we would like the cake to be served at that moment and she was like so shocked that she said no with eye signal that it should be a surprise instead.
OMG luckily the queen of the night didn't hear it at all. some of the crews were just too brilliant.
when Cindy and me went to the kitchen area to prepare the cake, one of the crews told us that we're supposed to tell them it's a surprise.
*too impressive* =.=

she saw it when we're preparing the cake so she said she must pretended to be surprised hahaha!
make 3 wishes please.
okay you may blow the candles now and may your wishes come true darling!

cake-cutting ceremony. ok done! you're now officially older than me. 1 year older. oh my! so much gap haha!
happy 5-buddies! too bad that jeff, raph and nard weren't here =(
We bought the cake at Lavender Pavillion ground floor.
Chocolate cake with orange flavoring and crunched crust in between the cake. RM58 for 1.
Leslie told us that all cakes from there are kind of nice, except this.
the taste was good. just that it's really tooooo dry!! guess that it's been stored in fridge for too long.

Present time!
we gave her a purse/mobile phone/passport/card holder. multi-function.
kept on persuading her to buy a purse and her reason is "purse is too big", so we bought this instead.
in fact among 8 of us, we've already agreed that there will be no present this year since everyone is economically bankrupt, but during March, Hee and I bought Cindy a small present during her birthday, so we bought Hee a present too.
*Cindy, i know you're reading this. all wells end wells right? my birthday is on next month HAHAHA!

sisters for life. i love you girls =)

went Pavillion (again) for a short walk before all of us were separating again.

i love this pic though i looked huge 'n idk why =.=
dearest hee hee, please, i want a bro-in-law soon. HAHA

till then, byeeeeeee
